Clear rules for purchases and use

1. These terms and the Apple Standard EULA

By downloading, installing, or using RallyCat, you agree to these Terms of Use. RallyCat is licensed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which is incorporated into these terms by reference. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

2. The RallyCat service

RallyCat provides tennis video recording, import, on-device pose analysis, shot and rally organization, statistics, and export features. Analysis results are training aids and are not medical, safety, or professional competition advice.

3. RallyCat Pro purchases

The product name, duration, and price shown by Apple StoreKit on the purchase screen for your App Store region control. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.

• Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription with a one-month duration.
• Yearly: an auto-renewing subscription with a one-year duration.
• Lifetime: a one-time non-consumable purchase that does not renew.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. View, change, or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings or App Store subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Restore, refunds, and price changes

Use the Apple ID that made the purchase to restore eligible purchases in RallyCat. Apple handles billing, refunds, and subscription management under Apple's refund policies. Apple provides and administers any applicable notice of price or tax changes.

6. License and restrictions

Subject to these terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use RallyCat. You may not bypass purchase verification, disrupt the service, infringe the rights of others, or use the app unlawfully.

7. Your content and device

You are responsible for having the right to record, import, and process each video and for obtaining any required consent. Training videos and analysis results remain on your device, so you are responsible for device storage and backups.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep RallyCat available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. If these terms change materially, we will update the effective date and provide an in-app notice when appropriate.
